Junior Executive Program
Our Junior Executive program is activity driven and outcome based. We assist each youth in creating a comprehensive and detailed "Roadmap" that reflects their Individualized Work Plan (IWP). Each "Roadmap" begins with assessments and career exploration and concludes with job placement and retention services. There are individual blocks on each "Roadmap" that details the entire process for each individual to reach thier student centered goal. The blocks on the "Roadmap" show the various activities, professional experiences and tasks that are due. Each "Roadmap" is student specific and is driven by that student's personal mission. We are most successful when we begin our partnership with youth in the 9th grade. This allows us to include Life Skills Training, Leadership and Mentorship opportunities with community professionals as well as employability blocks in each "Roadmap". Whether our Junior Executive graduates decide to attend college or to enter the workforce, they have gained great clarity and experience that enable them to thrive as the next generation of thought leaders, business moguls and entreprenuers.
