Gerald McCarty II, MSA has 30 years of college level academic and vocational services experience with Bakers College.  He is our Executive Director of Employment Services and is responsible for the direction and operations of employment services.  He also oversees our pantry and Dress For Success program. Gerald is past president for the Rotary Club of Flint and has served on several Boards in the Genesee County area.  Gerald enjoys helping people and serving the community.  When not working, Gerald enjoys spending time with his wife and family, working out, basketball, golf, gardening and working on his lawn.
