Kimberly Bentley, MBA, has over ten years of experience in business services and workforce developement with MI Works.  She worked in Program Management for the Youth Opportunity Movement, a national initiative through the U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration to engage businesses, foundations, and other community partners to support youth living in high-poverty areas in identifying and achieving their employment and educational objectives. Kim transitioned to Business Services for the State of Michigan where she was responsible for implementing a demand driven system that provided a portfolio of services to the business community, including the delivery of services linking workforce development, economic developers, businesses and training institutions. She now serves as our Chief of Staff and is responsible for job developement and the day to day operations of our healthcare and rehabilitation services. She is a basketball coach and enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
